Wyatt Challenger – Event 5

Hello all and welcome to the wrap up of event number 5 of 8 played Saturday, July 15th 2023. We continue to have an outstanding turn up for events with 99 players across the 4 divisions. So far this year 201 players have played a Wyatt event with 108 players (53.75%) still being able to complete the mandatory 6 events to be eligible for the finals

Highest finish for event 4 was hit by Terrance Morton with a 160. The finish to beat still remains 167 hit by Josh Howie.

Divisions 1-3 are sponsored and supported by DartsWA while the premier division is sponsored and supported by Ellenbrook Transport. Without this support events like these would not be possible. This was the 5th event of 8 to complete the preliminaries prior to the finals starting where the Top Qualified 16 in each division will play off in the Grand Final on Saturday the 11th November 2023 at the Belmont Sports & Rec. However, you must have played in at least 6 or 75% of the events to be eligible to play. Remember those who have played at least 6 events and are not in the Top 16 will be elevated into the 16 if higher points players are not qualified.

As discussed please remember the Darts WA dress code required at these and future events. This can be found on the DWA website.

Like usual; the event was played in a competitive yet sportsmanlike manner which is fantastic to see. Outstanding! Thanks and look forward to seeing everyone at Wyatt Series Event 6 on 2nd September 2023 at Belmont Sport
