Even though the numbers were down for the Portway Throwdown all who attended enjoyed themselves, experiencing what it is like to live at the South Pole.
Thank you DOSH for setting up the hall and to the much loved bar staff. Also thank you to Roz Watkins and Blake Platt for the kitchen, the best deluxe burger that I have had for years.
Thank you to the players who stayed back after the round robin to score, please remember when the round robin is finished it is polite to stay back to score for the people in the knockout.
