WA State Open and B Grade Singles 2017

Even a rainy old day couldn’t keep WA’s top dart players from coming out to compete in this year’s State Singles Championships. The event that attracts players from all over the State was played at a fierce pace as both men and women in their respective divisions fought it out for the very prestigious title of ‘State Singles Champion’.

Ladies Open

Winner – Michelle Rodney (Swans) 65.01

Runner Up – Kim Kelly (Quinns) 71.30

Equal 3rd – Natalie Carter (Quinns) & Ursula Bennell (Peel)

Equal 5th – Jordan Clarke (Leschenault), Jucinta Dann (Peel), Martekea Wilson (Mandurah) & Leeanne Watkins (Sth Suburban)

Winner – Adam Rowe (Sth Suburban) 106.15

 170 ‘Peg Out’

Big pegs are a real highlight of our great game and they don’t come any bigger than the maximum of 170 thrown by Harvey Mayall at the Championships on Sunday.Great darts Harvey.
